DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the name and to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the period indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in shipping, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the terms and conditions defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of deliveries by Colissimo La Poste, or Mondial Relay, Plantéric cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery.
Shipping costs are linked to carrier rates. However, handling and packaging costs are applied during the validation of the order and are of the order of 0.84 euros HT or 1 € uros TTC.

Generally the packages are prepared the same day and sent the next working day (except public holidays, holiday periods and / or periods of great crowds: confinement, sales, promotions). To this deadline must be added the delivery.

The delivery time mentioned for Colissimo in the best case in Europe and for all types of delivery is: D + 3.
For returns, the deadlines are identical under the same conditions and at the above prices.

Any anomalies concerning the delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken or missing products ...) must be indicated on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves" accompanied by the customer's signature, photos are additional proof . The customer must immediately report to Plantéric customer service so that a complaint can be made with the carrier at the address: help@planteric.com. Plantéric will pay for the replacement of non-usable products.
The return of parcel is not the responsibility of the customer if he has chosen Colissimo with signature or under the following conditions: damage to the package on arrival, products damaged on arrival (damage), complaint within 14 days, return in new condition and in original packaging. In case of deterioration, a clear photo of the product, or the packaging will be requested as proof of its condition.
In the event of loss of the product during the journey, Planteric would not be held responsible, but can however undertake to seek the reasons of this incident and thus inform, if necessary, the customer who made the order (or the complaint).
Return labels will be provided by Planteric on request by email to the following address: help@planteric.com, whether it is a Mondial Relay or Colissimo return. If, however, the customer considers that it will be in his favor to take the process himself at the post office or relay point, he must inform Planteric by return e-mail before printing the return label provided by Planteric at: help@planteric.com.
The instructions for your return will be mentioned to you by email. In the case of a return by the customer, the Colissimo tarif in France HT in € uros is identical to the Colissimo tariff without signature mentioned above.
